After giving me a very reasonable quote on the repair to my wheel and arranging a time to carry out the repair (within 2 days) he turned up on time with no problems. (A rare thing these days I find.) As for the repair itself, excellent. You can't even tell there was any damage. So overall an excellent job done by a very professional and well presented man. A credit to the Chips Away name.
