Stockport Awarded Certificate of Excellence Again!
Not only has ChipsAway Stockport been awarded a Certificate of Excellence by the Vehicle Builders and Repairers Association (VBRA) for its exceptional customer service, but this is the 2nd time they have won this prestigious quarterly award within the space of a year!
Our Stockport branch were thrilled to learn they had the highest number of 100% satisfied customer feedback cards completed and returned to the VBRA for the period Jul-Sept 2012, having also won for the period Oct-Dec ‘11. Owner, Alan Murphy comments: “It’s always great to know that we are doing a professional repair job and making customers happy too. This award is entirely independent and down to the individual customer taking the trouble to rate the service they receive and return the card to the VBRA – we are delighted to have been awarded this for the second time and look forward to continuing to serve our customers with a smile!”
