- Your local specialist will text or call you when they arrive, so that all you have to do is leave the keys out and navigate us to a power outlet from a safe distance.
- They will wear masks, gloves and coveralls when appropriate.
- They can disinfect/wipe over areas they come into contact with.
- Where possible specialists will operate on a paper-free basis, meaning cashless payment, and online invoices etc.

How can I stay safe when having my car repaired?
- Before your specialist arrives, speak to them about the how they would like the appointment to go, for example they may ask you to leave the keys on the window ledge or doorstep when they arrive.
- Always maintain a two-metre distance between you and the specialist while they are at your property.
- Let your specialist know if you or a member of your household begins to develop symptoms of coronavirus so that the appointment can be rearranged for a suitable date and time when it is safe to do so.
