We would like to reassure you that our network of specialists remain open for business, offering safe SMART repairs. Please read below the precautions we are taking in order to adhere to government guidelines and social distancing, creating a safe environment for you and our franchisees.
Mobile ChipsAway Specialists
- We will estimate your repair, and book this in with you, online or over the phone.
- Your local specialist will text/call you when they arrive, so that all you have to do is leave the keys out, and navigate us to a power outlet from a safe distance.
- We will wear masks, gloves and coveralls when appropriate.
- We will disinfect/wipe over areas we come into contact with.
- Where possible we will operate on a paper-free basis; meaning cashless payment, and online invoices etc.
- We will always maintain a safe two-metre distance
- We will disinfect your keys before we hand them back to you.
ChipsAway Car Care Centres
- We will estimate your repair, and book this in with you, online or over the phone.
- When you arrive at the reception, there will be clear instructions for your safety, and we will always maintain a safe two-metre distance.
- We will have hand sanitiser available on reception.
- We will wear masks, gloves and coveralls when appropriate.
- We will disinfect/wipe over the areas of your car we come into contact with.
- Where possible we will operate on a paper-free basis; meaning cashless payment, and online invoices etc.
- We will disinfect your keys before we hand them back to you.
To ensure your local specialist is symptom-free, all franchisees will also be using the Track and Trace NHS app.
